America shouldn't care which country has how much space. We should strictly ban workers on "temporary visa" take important jobs. 1) do you qualify to be permanent resident? 2) if 1, do you qualify for this important specialized role. We should only give jobs which don't pay enough and not important enough to "temporary workers"

Companies should be free to hire based on competency rather than based on immigration status. If the h1bs fit their need, so be it. They are gainfully employed, paying taxes, living and spending the money in USA. what is the problem here ? Laws forbid stealing of IP. They cannot just give it even to their wives or take it with them to start another company.

Stealing IP is a risk regardless of someone's immigration status. Whether they're U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or visa holders, are all subject to the same confidentiality agreements, NDAs, security controls, and legal consequences for misconduct. If someone has worked in the U.S. for nearly a decade, graduated from a reasonablly good American university, and earned a leadership role, their visa status/ethnicity alone isn't evidence of divided loyalties or elevated risk. The relevant question is whether the company has strong safeguards and whether employees are trustworthy and accountable, not what passport they hold.
I disagree with you. In fact, I support ongoing legislation to limit housing purchases by people on temporary visas. I also support ongoing legislation to limit people on temporary visas to two years and not allow them to have any dependents, such as a spouse or children. Temporary should mean temporary.
